I am awell experienced customer service professional. I am targeting one company here. They have positions in there customer service. I contacted their HR department and farwarded my cv but there response was cold. How to increase the chances of interview? can you advise.

As you know there are all different types of customer service positions requiring different types of experience.
Assuming your experience meshes well with the requirements of the job:
1. Construct a resume that makes the fit obvious to an HR person that you fit the position
or
2. Locate the hiring manager and contact them.
